Path to RevBayes script — ScriptFile • neotrans

Constructs the path to a .Rev analysis script within the corresponding RevBayes repository.

ScriptFile(pID, scriptID, analysis = "mcmcmc")

Arguments

pID: Character specifying the project identifier to analyse
scriptID: Character specifying the script to run
analysis: One of "mcmcmc", "marginal", or "ppsample".

Value

Character string giving file path.
